"I Fall for the Same Face Every Time" Tote Bag
Originally drawn in 2018 and then released as a tote bag in Z Berg's store in 2019. The drawing is based off the music video for the song, where she kills and buries her ex and then cuddles him in the grave.
I didn't originally design this to be a tote bag, but Berg contacted me about making some merch and I use it all the time.
"The Bad List" Tote Bag
Done for a contest in 2019 to design a tote bag based off of Z Berg and Ryan Ross' song "The Bad List." I ended up winning the contest and as of 2021 this design is still available in her official store [here.]
Pathologic 2 Triptych
After playing Pathologic, I wanted to create a piece that focused on the individuality and interconnectedness of the three protagonists. Each one is a different main character, a different representation of the way that they are able to heal the sick, and a different time of day. I had a lot of fun with the symbolism in each piece, particularly contrasting Burakh (left) and Dankovsky (right).
Night Riots "Dark Violet" Tour Posters
Posters used by the Night Riots street team in support of the Dark Violet tour in 2018. The tour had a lot of interesting visual elements that I wanted to pull into the posters, most notably the heavy smoke and the black lights that they had all around the stage.
Mr. Sipple Logo
Single cover art for "I'm No Hero," the first song released from Jacob Ryan Smith's musical Mr. Sipple.
The musical is about Oliver Sipple, a gay veteran who thwarted an assassination attempt on President Gerald Ford and his subsequent struggles after being outed by gay activist Harvey Milk. I actually had the opportunity to see a number of the songs from this performed at Smith's musical revue in July of 2019, where the logo was used.
The design incorporates the original 8-stripe pride flag, which would have been the one commonly used in the 1970s, when the musical takes place.
